Private Yoga with Ally

Treat yourself to a one-on-one or private group session with Ally. Session includes meditation, yoga asana, essential oils, and head massage in savasana. This is ideal for those looking to de-stress or recover from mental and physical health ailments. It is especially ideal for those who do not feel comfortable attending a public yoga or exercise class due to the current pandemic.

Your health is my priority. Masks are required when we are in close proximity, which occurs during Body Work + Manual Therapy. Please feel free to communicate your boundaries at any time. I want you to feel safe and comfortable.

What does the Session include? An open conversation about how you are feeling, what you are seeking to achieve in this session, and any questions you may have. We begin with Essential Oil application, a Guided Meditation to ground, physical movements, Final Meditation and Body Work.

What is Body Work? The Body Work that I do is hands-on. It not only aids the physical body in self-healing, but it also heals the energetic body by clearing and releasing blockages. I incorporate Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques like Acupressure, swipes, and shakes. This also aids in loosening the fascia – the fibrous tissue that surrounds all our muscles, joints, tendons, and organs. I also incorporate aromatherapy and a head massage. The techniques that I use are most beneficial for stress-relief, mental balance, boost the immune system, and overall wellness.

Where? All sessions have the option of being held virtually on Zoom, outside in your backyard or at a local park. I serve the Shoreline of CT: Madison, Guilford, Branford, East Haven and virtually worldwide.
